Subscribers undertake not to upload any material which infringes copyright law.
DISNEY-VACATIONRENTALS.COM reserves the right to remove any material which is not pertaining to the content of this site as a vacation rental information database. All content must be non contentious i.e. no sexual or slanderous content will be accepted.
Links to other sites and email addresses should only appear in the designated area. These will be removed elsewhere.
The subscription covers the term as stated in your agreement. Should you decide to terminate before the expiry date there will be no refund, exeption: see your 100 % Guarantee. If selling on a rental property you can pass the agreement to the new owner at no charge.
DISNEY-VACATIONRENTALS.COM does not guarantee that this site will be available 100% of the time although it will endeavour to do so.
Your contract with DISNEY-VACATIONRENTALS.COM is limited to the provision of the features as described.
DISNEY-VACATIONRENTALS.COM will provide:
- The display of up to five photographs of your property on your page.
- Your page customised with keywords to suit your property location and to accentuate the highlights of your vacation rental.
- Pricing details for your rental properties.
- A full availability calendar which you can manage online.
- Password protected user area where you can change or edit your property details, description and pictures... Changes updated instantly - 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
- Your page being available through our listings and advanced search facilities.
- A statistics report showing how many visits to your property page was made (Personal Hit Counter).
- Rating system for your properties. Customers can leave comments and feedback, and rate your vacation properties.
- Users can send (recommend) your property to everybody direct from the DISNEY-VACATIONRENTALS.COM web site via email.
- Email support.
- A continuous program of development to bring new features to the site.
You can add more value and increase your bookings upgrading your listing to PREMIUM Vacation Rental Listing!

- The premium package will give you top placement throughout the website. Your listing will be shown above all standard listings.
- The premium package will give you freedom with photos in your listing, you can display unlimited number of photographs of your property on your property page.
- Your URL LINK to your personal homepage.
- Your property in rotation on the first (Home) page of DISNEY-VACATIONRENTALS.COM under "SPECIAL DESTINATIONS".
- Your property listing submitted to some of the major search engines on a regular basis*.
*This submission service is not guaranteed as search engine policies regarding automatic submission of sites can and does change.
Prices are on a per annum basis and are as below.
Guarantee. There will be no renewal charge at the end of the year. It is up to you! See our 100 % Guarantee. Your listing will be automatically downgraded to basic listing, but you can still upgrade to PREMIUM anytime!
Free services for renters:
There is nothing to join, simply click on the location of your desired Vacation Rentals. Contact the Vacation Rental property owners directly or make them an offer, regarding availability and booking. Property owner contact information is provided on each listing. There is NO BOOKING FEE!
