Reservations are taken on a first come first served basis. A reservation
deposit of $300/£175 (non-refundable) is required to secure a booking. On
receipt of this deposit you will receive written confirmation of your
reservation. Confirmation of a reservation will not be considered until receipt
of the reservation deposit and written confirmation is sent. The availability of
this property may change before receipt of the deposit if delayed. The
remaining balance is required to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date. For all
reservations made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, full payment is required
on reservation and will not be confirmed until received. Reservations will be
cancelled if the balance is not received by or on the due date.
Security Deposit: $300/£175 paid with balance is refundable within 30
days from departure date. The property requires a Security Deposit along
with the final payment in the event that a claim is made for damage or
breakage to Sunny Lake Villa and it's contents. The Security Deposit will be
held pending determination that upon departure you have left the property
and its contents in the same condition it was upon your arrival. It will be
returned to you, after home inspection by Homeowner and/or Management
Company, less any charges, within 30 days from your departure date.
Cancellation: 30 - 60 days prior to arrival date, 50% of rental funds
refundable. Less than 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund given.
Check-In: Not before 4:00 pm Check-Out: Not after 10:00 am
Maximum Occupancy: 8 Guests including adults, children and infant (s).
Overcrowding or misrepresentation is cause for eviction and loss of all
monies paid including security deposit.
No smoking allowed in the Villa. No pets allowed in the Villa.
